We do not offer interior detailing; however, depending on the wash tier you choose, we will provide microfiber towels, dash wipes and air fresheners so you can do it yourself quickly and efficiently. All sites provide FREE vacuums for your convenience.

We do to an extent. We ask that if your vehicle is even moderately caked with mud that you wash off the excess mud before you arrive. Excess mud can ruin our equipment, reduce the effectiveness of our wash and create unsatisfactory outcomes for the customers behind you.

All membership purchases are per month, and per vehicle. Memberships may not be used on more than one vehicle, or with any other offer. Membership purchases will be voided/terminated for use on multiple vehicles, or for the removal of a RFID tag. All memberships will renew monthly on their scheduled anniversary date. Membership cancellations/modifications must be submitted 5 days prior to the anniversary date and submitted through the online portal. There are no refunds for memberships canceled via phone, in office, on or after the anniversary date, or within 5 days of the anniversary date. Express management reserves the right to terminate memberships at any time.

By purchasing an Unlimited Wash Membership, you will be automatically opted in to receive specialized offers and promotions from Express Management via text, mail, and email marketing

We currently have one Sparkle location which is our 2930 W Craig location in Las Vegas; however, we are part of a network of 6 other locations in the Vegas area that operate under the Ultra Clean Express brand. We are working on a solution to merge these systems and expand the network to all Sparkle customers.
